At Oriental Store of Raleigh, we offer customers a taste of Asia with the wide selection of Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, and Thai products adorning our shelves. We’ve also got snacks and other items to satisfy your needs, cravings, nostalgia, and curiosity.The Filipino Express Restaurant situated inside the store serves a selection of delectable authentic Filipino dishes, cooked fresh daily by our talented chefs. Our History

Oriental Store of Raleigh had its humble beginnings as a simple grocery store for Asian products in 1969. In 2012, the business grew to include a restaurant serving delicious, freshly-cooked Filipino food.More than five decades later, we're still serving you in the hopes of providing a genuine Asian experience.

Milk was (and still is!) a staple. If you want a sweet taste of childhood, check out our selection of powdered milk: milo, bear brand, ovaltine, and others!
On lazy days, we rely on canned food. From the worldwide classic Spam, to the Filipino favorite corned beef, we've got it all for you.

When are you open?

The store is open Tuesdays to Sundays, from 10am to 6pm.

The restaurant is open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10am to 5pm, and Fridays to Sundays from 10am to 6pm.

Both the store and the restaurant are closed on Mondays.

Can I buy items for shipping?

While we do appreciate your continued support for our business, we do not currently accept online or phone orders for items to ship.
